Sharon Lea (Bosman) Moret was born in Orange City, Iowa on May 29, 1954 to Gerrit John and Winifred DeHaan Bosman of Boyden, Iowa. She graduated from Boyden-Hull High School in 1972, and went on to Sioux Falls Nursing School to earn her LPN license.

On November 19, 1999, she married her soul mate, Greg Moret, at the First Reformed Church in Boyden. They lived and farmed together on the farm southwest of Boyden. Sharon and Greg were blessed by three children (Jeremy, Sharay and Leanne) and five precious grandchildren.

Giving to others was her God-given talent which she willing shared with others. This was shown by her 35+ years in the health care field; which included six years at Pleasant Acres Care Center in Hull, Iowa and nine years at CHEARS Home Health & Hospice of Sioux Center, Iowa.

Sharon loved the Lord and was a member at the Tabernacle Baptist Church in George, Iowa and the First Reformed Church in Boyden, Iowa where she served as Sunday school superintendent for nine-ten years. She loved music, singing and was active in the choir. She helped with many Vacation Bible Schools over the years and was a Sunday school and Catechism teacher. She loved working with children over the years and recently helped with The Key, a childrens after school program at the Boyden First Reformed Church.

Greg and Sharon loved to travel together to Arizona, Texas and other locations around the country. They enjoyed golfing and spending all their time together.

She will always be remembered for her laughter, her smile, quick wit, joy and the love she brought to every one of her loved ones and treasured friends. She helped spread the love of God through her smile with everyone she met.

Those that remain to cherish her memory are her loving husband, Greg Moret of Boyden; children: Jeremy Fawlay, Sharay (Jim) Brown of Salado, TX, Leanne Moret (Travis Jensen) of Boyden; her five grandchildren: Jonathon Brown, Whitney Brown, Britney Brown, Bailey Jensen and Danielle Jensen; her brother, Harlow (Cheri) Bosman of Sheldon, IA and her nephews: Dan (Heather) Bosman of Brandon, SD and Joe (Kristin and Austin) Bosman of Harrisburg, SD; cherished father-in-law and mother-in-law, Norm and Gladys Moret of Boyden, sister-in-law, Nancie (Rick, Gabrielle and Ben) Velasco of Lee's Summit, MO and brother-in-law, Mike (Lisa and Connor) Moret of Spencer, IA.

Sharon was preceded in death by her father and mother, Gerrit John and Winifred Bosman.
