JACK (CORNIE) DE VOS, 75, of Sioux Center, Iowa died Thursday, August 21, 2008 at the Floyd Valley Hospital in Le Mars, Iowa.
A funeral service will be held Monday at 10:30am at the First Reformed Church of Sioux Center with Rev. Roger Voskuil officiating. Interment will be held following the service Memory Gardens Cemetery of Sioux Center.

Visitation will be held Sunday from 2pm-8pm, with the family present from 2-4pm at the Memorial Funeral Home of Sioux Center.
