Jeffrey Mouw, 73, son of Peter Gerald and Freda (De Zeeuw) Mouw was born April 4, 1950, in Sioux Center, Iowa. He died January 2, 2024, after a short courageous battle with lung cancer.
A celebration of life visitation will be held from 1pm - 4pm on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at the Children's Park Shelter House in Sioux Center.
In lieu of flowers, donations will go towards an oak tree memorial site.
He is survived by two children: Tisha and Justin, four siblings: Barry (Susan), Lynne (Al Bloemendaal), Steve (Peg), and Kally, and nephews and nieces and their children who love him dearly.
Jeff was preceded in death by his parents and four infant siblings: David, Laura, Kallen and Thomas.
