Justin Boogerd

      Justin A. Boogerd, age 37 of Hull, Iowa passed away, Sunday, May 30, 2021 at Sioux Center Health.

     A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

     Justin Alan Boogerd was born June 4, 1983, in Sioux Center, Iowa, the son of Wesley and Kathy (Dykstra) Boogerd.  He grew up in Hull and attended Boyden-Hull school.  He moved to a few different places before making rural Sioux Center his home. 

     Justin most recently worked at Bar K Cattle.  He enjoyed shooting bow, 4H activities, fishing, but most of all loved spending time with his three boys.

     Those left to cherish his memory are his parents, Wesley and Kathy Boogerd of Hull, IA; children, Blake, Jordan, and Jacob Boogerd of Sioux Center, IA; brother, Scott (Mariana) Boogerd of Hull, IA; grandparents, John and Norma Boogerd of Hull, IA and Elizabeth Dykstra of Orange City, IA; along with many extended family and friends.

    He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Jim Dykstra.
