Wilma was united in marriage to Harry L. Kraayenbrink on April 20, 1956 at First Reformed Church in Sioux Center. Wilma and Harry spent 3 years living in Sioux Center before moving to a farm near Maurice where together they farmed for 6 years. They then moved back to a farm near Sioux Center where they raised their 4 daughters. Wilma worked at 1st National Bank prior to getting married, then was a devoted wife and mother, staying home and raising her girls and helping out on the farm. Once her girls were raised she went to school and worked as a CNA for Sioux Center Nursing Home for several years before retiring and working as a Foster Grandparent. After moving to town in 1988 Wilma and Harry were fortunate to move back to their first home they built in 1956.

Wilma was a member of the First Reformed Church of Sioux Center. She enjoyed crocheting, gardening, sewing, reading, crossword puzzles, baking and cooking. She most of all loved every minute of life, especially with family.
